1.  Public Education and Outreach – SPLASH group members prepares brochures, fact sheets, and general interest articles to assist the public with understanding what they can do to improve water quality in their neighborhood and waterways.  There are also many websites that have information or resources to help the public get involved.  The following are some resource links to these websites:

4.  Construction Site Stormwater Runoff Control – Several SPLASH members utilize the GESC (Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control) Manual for construction Best Management Practices (BMP) controls, available from the Arapahoe County website @ www.co.arapahoe.co.us. Click on Departments, then Public Works, then Engineering, and finally Stormwater to get to the GESC resources. The following are some additional resources for BMPS.
